Volunteer Application
Would you like to be part of a skookum team of orchestrators and co-creators? Can you share your skills, time and gumption to help support this enriching weekend?
Details:
Volunteers are expected to complete two 4-8 hour shifts (depending on position)
Underage volunteers need be accompanied by a guardian if they wish to camp onsite.
Regular Volunteers: For 2 shifts of 4 hours you will receive a weekend pass for the festival and one meal per shift. (does not include camping pass)
Super Volunteers!: For 2 shifts of 6-8 hours you will receive a weekend pass, daily meals, and weekend camping pass.

Vending at Quadrapalooza
Applications for vending for 2023 are open!
Thanks for your interest in sharing your craft with the QP community!
Artisan Vending fee is $175 + a donation item for our raffle. (Includes 1 weekend pass w/camping and space for a 10×10 market tent in the vendor market area)
Additional vendor employees are to be purchased as normal.
Fees must be paid in advance by August 21st (Once accepted)
Vendors set up is at 10am Friday September 1st
Vendors Take Down is morning of Monday September 4th
There can be no coming or going during the festival hours.

Workshop/Art Application
Thanks for your interest in hosting a workshop at our festival!
In exchange for hosting a workshop, we offer one weekend pass per instructor. (does not include camping)
Workshops will only be during daytime hours on Saturday September 2nd and Sunday September 3rd.
