Boffer sword making with Mogii
Boffer Battles are your path to connect with the spirit of play, and the warrior arts using fun foam swords called “Boffers.” We will be learning to make these foam swords and you can keep your sword for cost of meterials if you so choose. Then we will use these Boffer swords in mock battles with a simple rule-set in place to make sure that the games are; safe, family friendly, and fun for all.

Trinity has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years. She loves sharing yoga with people of all ages, abilities and walks of life. Her classes are always heart-felt, creative & flowing. This Hatha Yoga class is intermixed with Chi Gong or Taoist Yoga. We will explore breath, meditation, chanting with the harmonium, flowing movement and deep relaxation.
Improvising Music with Found Objects with Beau Stocker
Workshop attendees will be encouraged to bring or use objects provided (small percussive implements, including drums and shakers) to create musical performances (in small groups) by exploring and controlling the sound possibilities of their instruments.
